The two new wings frame a courtyard with a swimming pool which is terminated by a tellised seating area overlooking Lake Worth beyond.

Entries to the apartment buildings are given identity by the use of bracketed dormers, a theme expressed throughout the design of the new structures. The new apartment buildings are sited so that eight of the new units can be entered directly from grade.

The apartment complex was completely renovated with new units and a sales pavillion added to complete the development. Triangular bay windows with window seats are inserted into the existing window openings to further break down the scale of the buildings.
